1. Description of Service Plulo provides subscribers with access to a suite of over 50 premium third-party digital tools and software (“Tools”) for professional use in areas such as SEO, graphic design, and video editing, under a single subscription plan.

2. User Accounts When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

• Trial Period: We may offer a trial subscription for the Service for a nominal fee (e.g., “$1 Trial”). The trial provides full access to the Service for a specified period (e.g., 7 days).

• Billing: After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected) unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment after the trial period. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that first payment by contacting our support team.

5. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that violates these Terms. You may not:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person or entity.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or download content from the Tools in a way that abuses or disrupts the services.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or otherwise tamper with the software provided.

• Use the Tools or Service in a manner that violates the terms of service of the individual third-party tool providers.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding the third-party Tools), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PLULO LLC. The third-party Tools accessible through our Service are the property of their respective owners. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these Tools for the duration of your subscription.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall PLULO LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.
