By participating in the Plulo Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to create a fair, rewarding, and transparent partnership.

1. Commission & Tier Structure

Our program features a tiered structure that rewards you for growth. All commissions are lifetime recurring, meaning you earn from the initial payment and every subsequent renewal for as long as the customer’s subscription remains active.

• Automatic Upgrades: Your rank is automatically upgraded as soon as you meet the criteria for the next tier. All subsequent commissions will be paid at the new, higher rate.

2. Elite Rank Bonus

As a special incentive, Affiliates who reach the Elite Rank will receive a one-time cash bonus of $100.00. This is our way of thanking you for your exceptional partnership.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: All commission payments are processed via PayPal.

• Payment Schedule: Payments are made on-demand. You can request a payout at any time.

• No Minimum Withdrawal: There is no minimum balance required to request a payment.

• Processing Time: Payout requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

4. Cookie Duration

• Our affiliate tracking cookies remain active for 60 days. If a user clicks your link, you will be credited with the referral if they purchase any paid plan within that 60-day window.

5. Qualified Referrals

A qualified referral is a new customer who:

1. Arrives at our website by clicking your unique affiliate link.

2. Signs up for a new, paid subscription plan.

3. Completes their first payment successfully.

4. Is not an existing or past customer of Plulo.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities & Marketing Guidelines

• Tracking: It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their unique referral link is used correctly for tracking purposes.

• Honest Promotion: You must represent Plulo and our services accurately and ethically. Misleading claims, spamming (email, forums, comments), or other unsolicited advertising is strictly prohibited.

• PPC Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on keywords and phrases containing the “Plulo” trademark, or any variations/misspellings thereof, in any pay-per-click advertising networks (e.g., Google Ads).

7. Reversals & Fraudulent Activity

• Commissions will be reversed for any payments that are refunded to the customer (e.g., due to a money-back guarantee).

• Plulo reserves the right to immediately withhold or cancel all commissions and terminate your affiliate account if we detect any fraudulent activity, such as referring fake customers, using stolen credit cards, or violating our marketing guidelines.

8. Modification and Termination

• Changes to Terms: Plulo reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide notice to our affiliates of any significant changes.

• Program Termination: Plulo may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms.
